Ferrari F355 GTS 1998 TDF
Ferrari F355 GTS 1998 TDF
Ferrari introduced the F355 at the end of 1994 as successor of the 348, which had left mixed feelings with the press and its owners. Albeit that the F355 was largely based on the 348, a lot of major visual and technical changes were applied to the new model. The F355 gained a substantial increase in horsepower, but more importantly a lot of effort was made to increase the handling of the car compared to its predecessor. Visually the car was modernised greatly as well, all of this making the F355 a major success for the Italian car manufacturer. Many people still regard the F355 as being the last "pure" Ferrari built.
Our F355 GTS shown here was delivered in Germany in 1998 and found it's way to Sweden through a British trader in 2003. In Sweden the car knew 2 owners before we added the Ferrari to our selection. This F355 GTS received a completely new, original paint and the interior was treated for the well known softtouch problem. The interior leather was revitalised as well. The alloy wheels were also treated and the F355 was put on new tires. Mechanically the Tour de France was serviced extensively and the clutch was also renewed. All the work has been completely documented. The Tour de France is practically new, however also comes with a lot of history.
An exquisite youngtimer, now displayed in our showroom!
